The week of June 4, 2023, had more tracts sell than any other week yet this year. 41 tracts sold in Iowa, which is a stark contrast to the single-digit tract sales the past few weeks.
The high dollar-per-acre sale of the week went to a Marshall County 223.55-acre cropland farm, selling for $19,600 per acre or $218.61 per CSR2.
The high dollar-per-CSR2 sale of the week went to a Plymouth County 152.87-acre cropland farm, selling for $19,000 per acre or $226.26 per CSR2.
