The appraisal team tracked six auctions in Iowa last week, bringing an average dollar per acre of $9,829, average dollar per tillable of $12,488 and average dollar per CSR2 of $173. This is down 7% from the previous week, and down $1 per CSR2 point from Q1 2022's $/CSR2's average of $174.
The high sale of the week went to a Butler County 37.3 acre cropland farm, bringing $15,200 per acre or $180 per CSR2.
