It was a slower week last week, with only seven tracts selling in Iowa (only two of these tracts met our criteria for calculating dollar per tillable and dollar per CSR2.) These tracts brought an average dollar per acre of $8,179, average dollar per tillable of $12,436 and average dollar per CSR2 of $165. This is down 12% from the previous week, and down 5% from Q1 2022.
The top sale of the week went to a Story County 154 acre cropland farm that sold for $14,700 per acre or $203 per CSR2.
