PRICE/ACRE UPDATE
There were 27 tracts of land that sold at auction between November 18th and November 22nd. During these auctions, there was a total of 3,232 +/- acres available for purchase and of those acres, 2,196 +/- were tillable acres.
A few of the highlights from last week:
- 160 acres of tillable and recreational land sold in Davis County for $5,100/acre with a CSR2 of 56.1 on the tillable acres.
- 280 acres of recreational land sold in Davis County for $1,700/acre.
- 80 acres of tillable land sold in Plymouth County for $13,500/acre with a CSR2 of 93.5 on the tillable acres.
- 78 acres of tillable and pasture land sold in Appanoose County for $3,250/acre with a CSR2 of 46.8 on the tillable acres.
- 37 acres of CRP land sold in Wayne County for $4,850/acre with a CSR2 of 51.5 on the CRP acres.
- 80 acres of tillable land sold in Lyon County for $14,600/acre with a CSR2 of 68.5 on the tillable acres.
- 47 acres of tillable and recreational land sold in Mills County for $6,900/acre with a CSR2 of 87.0 on the tillable acres.
- 124 acres of tillable and CRP land sold in Scott County for $11,700/acre with a CSR2 of 84.6 on the tillable acres.
