PRICE/ACRE UPDATE
There were 46 tracts of land that sold at auction between December 2nd and December 8th. During these auctions, there was a total of 6,039 +/- acres available for purchase and of those acres, 4,532 +/- were tillable acres.
A few of the highlights from last week:
- 96 acres of recreational land sold in Monona County for $2,425/acre.
- 75 acres of tillable land sold in Crawford County for $9,000/acre with a CSR2 of 70.8 on the tillable acres.
- 40 acres of tillable and CRP land sold in Calhoun County for $10,000/acre with a CSR2 of 88.2 on the tillable acres.
- 75 acres of tillable land sold in Sioux County for $15,000/acre with a CSR2 of 99.9 on the tillable acres.
- 160 acres of tillable and pasture land sold in Dallas County for $8,400/acre with a CSR2 of 86.8 on the tillable acres.
- 164 acres of tillable land sold in Buena Vista County for $9,250/acre with a CSR2 of 86.8 on the tillable acres.
- 136 acres of tillable and CRP land sold in Delaware County for $7,000/acre with a CSR2 of 45.5 on the tillable acres.
- 70 acres of tillable land sold in Cerro Gordo county for $7,850/acre with a CSR2 of 82.4 on the tillable acres.
