Keaton Dreher started with Peoples Company in the spring of 2013 and is focused on the company’s residential, new construction, and land development/lot sales. He continues to assist Kalen Ludwig with her business and together they position themselves as Peoples Company's only residential specialists. As a team, they specialize in development/lot sales, new construction, listing resale homes for sellers, and assisting buyers. Keaton also represents Ground Breaker Homes as a sales associate for their new construction homes. Keaton grew up in Storm Lake, Iowa and then attended the University of Northern Iowa. He graduated from UNI in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and was a contributing member of Pi Sigma Epsilon, a co-ed business organization on campus. Through PSE, he gained the proper skills and knowledge needed to communicate and be successful in real estate. Keaton is a licensed real estate sales person in the state of Iowa.
