Kalen brings her multifaceted experience and expertise to help clients who may be looking for development/lot, new construction homes, and residential resell. 

Her experience is proven in the awards and honors she has been recognized for. In 2021 alone, Kalen received the following honors: DMAAR Realtor of the Year; DMAAR Circle of Excellence, which is only awarded to the top-performing Realtors in the market; and Builder of the Year and Member of the Year, awarded by the Des Moines Home Builders Association.

After earning a Marketing and Real Estate degree from the University of Northern Iowa, Kalen joined Peoples Company in January 2005. She keeps active with Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines and was President in 2021, a member of EO Iowa, and was honored to receive Des Moines Association of Realtors’ 2021 Realtor of the Year.
