Dylan Stidham

Dylan graduated from Culver Stockton College in 2016, with a Bachelor’s in Sports Management and minors in both Business Administration and Business Marketing. During his time at Culver Stockton, Dylan also played baseball. Upon graduation, Dylan was searching for career opportunities in Real Estate, leading him to his passion for real estate appraisal work. Dylan started by taking some of the basic trainee courses when he was hired on as a Residential Appraiser Trainee in 2017 by a local Columbia, Missouri firm. By 2019, Dylan was a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. In June 2021, he started with Boyd Harris Companies, Inc. as a Certified General Appraiser Trainee. Dylan was brought on to specialize in rural commercial and residential appraisals in the Wentzville, Missouri office. He joined Peoples Company as a Certified General Appraiser Trainee in March 2023. Dylan is a little over halfway through his training process and is excited to continue providing high-quality appraisal services for Peoples Company.
