Curtis Buono

BIO

Curtis Buono leads agricultural real estate brokerage services for Peoples Company’s Pacific West region, which covers California, Arizona, Nevada and Hawaii.  His clients range from global institutional investors to small farmers to large multi-state agricultural enterprises. Much of Curtis’s work is focused on permanent plantings including nut crops, vineyards, citrus groves, and other tree crops, but he also has extensive experience with row and field crops, berry farms, and other agricultural asset types.

Over his career, Curtis has provided successful disposition, acquisition, and consulting services for many hundred million dollars of farm assets across major agricultural markets in the Western U.S. Since 2002, Curtis has positioned himself as a thought-leader in the agricultural real estate sector while striving to provide the highest possible level of service and client value.  He has accrued experience throughout the United States and select global ag markets; however, his focus is on the Western United States, particularly California, where he lives with his family.  Prior to joining Peoples Company, Curtis held national leadership roles in both the brokerage and appraisal service lines of a global real estate corporation.
