During the month of May in Iowa, there weren't any auction sales recorded. The lack of auction sales was due primarily to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, as the governor has lifted many of the capacity restrictions, several auctions have been set and recorded in the first half of June. Values continue to remain strong despite the pandemic. Thus far for June, there have been 7 recorded auction sales with a total of 9 tracts of land. The average land sale price per acre was approximately $5,500 with an average CSR2 of 65.6. The average $/CSR2 point has been steady at $99/CSR2 point, with a high of $147/CSR2 and a low of $59/CSR2 point.
Below are the auctions and auction results that have taken place so far for the month of June:
* One of the sales presented below was a sealed bid auction and the results of the auction were not disclosed.
