BIO
Nic joined Peoples Company in January 2020. His focus is on the land brokerage and land investing divisions of the company. Nic is currently working toward his Accredited Land Consultant designation with the National REALTORS® Land Institute and looks to be a top land agent in the Midwest for years to come. He has extensive contacts in the agricultural and banking industry who are a great resource when listing your property for sale or building your wealth through the purchase of real estate. Nic works with all types of real estate including farmland, acreages, commercial and recreational land.
Nic grew up in Central Nebraska and received his Bachelor of Science from Nebraska Wesleyan University. He now resides on an acreage near Murdock, Nebraska with his family.
