BIO
Mollie Aronowitz is the Senior Land Manager with Peoples Company.

Mollie joined Peoples Company in 2013 and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in Horticulture. With prior professional experience in public botanical and arboretum management in Chicago, Omaha and Northeast Iowa, Mollie’s background in plant pathology and entomology serves her well in field scouting and working with farm operators in traditional row crop farms. As the fifth generation of a nearly century old farm operation, Mollie has inherited a strong connection to Iowa’s landscape and a deep understanding of farm operators. She is adept at using her knowledge of land stewardship, best farming practices, and appreciation of family farm heritage to best serve her clients.

Mollie is committed to implementing practical recommendations that consider each landowner’s financial and personal goals. She is able to tailor management plans and collect operator production data to increase production on the most productive acres of each farm while allowing conservation of the more sensitive parts of the farm.

Mollie is a licensed REALTOR® in Iowa and Minnesota. She is an Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers® (ASFMRA®), one of only a handful of female accredited managers in the nation.
