Lucas joined the Peoples Company appraisal team as an intern in May 2021 and started full time as an Appraisal Trainee soon after graduating from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Studies in December 2022. Lucas holds an Associate General Appraiser License in Iowa and is currently working towards obtaining his Certified General Appraisal License.
