Lindsey Brown

BIO

Lindsey Brown has been working with the land brokerage division of Peoples Company since 2020. His primary focus is on land sales and auctions of cropland, pasture, and recreational land. Lindsey is licensed to sell real estate in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

Lindsey currently lives in Wadena, Minnesota, but he grew up in Mayville, North Dakota. He attended Mayville State University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business (1991). He then continued his education and graduated from the North Dakota School of Banking (1993) and the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado (1995).

Upon graduation, Lindsey worked for 20 plus years as a lending officer at rural banks in Finley, ND, Winona, MN and Lewiston, MN. He was a member of 7th District Ag. Credit Companies board during that time as well. Due to these experiences and opportunities, he has multiple contacts in the banking and farming communities.

Lindsey has been a real estate agent since 2011. Before coming to Peoples Company, Lindsey worked as a land sales agent in North Dakota and Minnesota.

Lindsey is an experienced land agent who provides excellent customer service. He builds solid client relationships and focuses on result-oriented outcomes. He is knowledgeable about the market and possesses good negotiation skills. He enjoys building one-on-one customer relationships and helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams or goals.
