Kristen Halbur

Kristen Halbur is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser and joined Peoples Company in the winter of 2021.  Kristen attended Iowa State University and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business and a Minor in Agronomy.  Kristen started her appraisal career in 2015 with Farm Credit Services of America and became fully licensed in the fall of 2018. Her appraisal experience includes an array of agricultural and recreational type properties in Iowa. Her passion and experience in agriculture began while raised on a family farm in west central Iowa, and grows as she continues to farm with her husband.
