Kim Lacey

Kim joined Peoples Company in 2022 and serves as the Director of Human Resources.  She oversees all human resources activity including employee relations, training, recruitment, benefits management, performance management, onboarding and employment law compliance.  Kim is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.  In her spare time, Kim enjoys watching her kids' sporting events and spending time outdoors.
