Josh joined Peoples Company in 2022 as an Appraisal Trainee. He obtained his limited license and is currently working towards attaining his Certified General Appraiser license within the next 18 months. Through the Michigan office, Josh has gained knowledgeable experience through Dave Mielnicki (ARA, MAI), Mark Williams (ARA), Mark Van Den Berg (ARA), and Rick Sommers. A few challenging appraisals Josh has completed include Irrigated Cropland, Dairy Facilities, South Dakota & Pennsylvania State Wide Market Analysis, and Portfolio Appraisals across several states. Furthermore, Josh joined the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) Michigan chapter in 2022 with plans to further his career by gaining an ARA designation after becoming a Certified General Appraiser.
