Jake Sickels joined Peoples Company in 2017. Since joining the team, he has been focused on assisting buyers and sellers with completing land brokerage and land auction transactions. Growing up in Indianola, Iowa, he developed a passion for agriculture and the outdoors, which led him to continue his education at Iowa State University and earn a degree in Agricultural Business. Jake is currently a member of the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors and Realtors Land Institute. Jake has been an RLI Apex Award Winner since his first year in the business and was a Des Moines Area Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year award winner. Jake deals with a variety of transactions including farmland, recreational land, acreages, development land and minor subdivisions.

Jake’s passion, persistence, consultative approach and attention to detail make him a reliable choice for your next buying or selling real estate transaction. He is currently licensed to sell real estate in the State of Iowa and focuses primarily on the areas of Central, Southwest and Southern Iowa but has sold land in nearly 20 counties across the state.
