Jack Niemeyer

Jack is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser and joined Peoples Company in March 2023. He attended the University of Missouri and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fisheries and Wildlife. Jack started his appraisal career in 2020 with Boyd Harris Companies, Inc. and became fully licensed in November of 2022. He also became a certified drone pilot in 2023. His appraisal experience includes agricultural and recreational properties in Missouri. Jack’s passion for agriculture and the outdoors began at a young age growing up on his family farm.
