Emily Oberbroeckling is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser and joined Peoples Company in 2021. Emily has early career experience in lending at a community bank in Northeast Iowa. Emily started her appraisal career in 2012 appraising agricultural properties in Iowa with Farm Credit Services of America and became fully licensed in 2016.
Emily grew up on a family dairy farm in Northeast Iowa where a passion for land and agriculture developed. Emily has experience in appraising farmland, recreational land, dairy, beef and swine facilities, grain facilities, and rural acreages in Iowa.
Emily maintains an active role on the family row- crop and livestock farm and trucking business with her husband, Erik, and two boys.
