Cody joined the Michigan office in January 2022, but has been working as an appraiser since May 2021. He obtained his limited license in September 2021, and is currently working towards obtaining his certified general appraiser license. He is expected to have his certified general license in the spring of 2024. Cody graduated from Oakland University in Rochester, MI with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Cody has always lived in small rural areas surrounded by the farming community and is happy to continue providing them with his appraisal services.
