Chase Duesenberg joined Peoples Company in 2017 and is involved with the facilitation of land auctions, land brokerage, and land management. A native of Clear Lake, Iowa, Chase is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, and managing recreational properties, and he directs his passion toward creating opportunities for clients in the land industry. Chase graduated from the University of Northern Iowa where he obtained majors in Finance and Real Estate and participated in the university’s real estate club, Rho Epsilon. He is actively involved with Ducks Unlimited and serves as Co-Chairman of Big Creek. Chase is licensed to sell real estate in the state of Iowa and Minnesota.
